Flying Goat Cellars’ Wine and Tasting Room

Entertainment professional Matt Luber is a partner and manager at Luber Roklin Entertainment. In his spare time, Matt Luber is a wine connoisseur and a member of a variety of wine clubs, such as Tantara and Flying Goat Cellars.

Flying Goat Cellars is located in California along the central coast. The winery benefits from having a transverse valley that runs east to west in which to grow grapes. The cool climate found on the western edge of the valley provides a fruitful environment for producing the grapes used to make pinot noir wine, the flagship varietal of Flying Goat Cellars. Grapes grown in the vineyard include varieties sourced from Bien Nacido Vineyard Block N as well as a Martini clone, which was derived from original plantings grown by the University of California.

The winery offers a tasting room in Lompoc, California, which is open Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The tasting room provides a sampling of both its sparkling wines and its pinot noirs. Hosting a number of events throughout the year, the tasting room will celebrate the Flying Goat Wine Club’s release party on October 4th.
